Terms and Conditions for Booking Your Arte Sanar Stay

Booking Process: Complete our reservation form on our website, www.arte-Sanar.com, indicating the type of package chosen and whether you also require full board. We will send you our quotation.

Deposit: Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% deposit of the total quotation amount is required to confirm your stay via bank transfer.

Booking Confirmation: A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via email.

Stay Information: All necessary information for your stay will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is canceled 2 weeks before arrival, no penalty will be applied.
If the reservation is canceled 6 days before arrival, a 50% penalty will be charged.
If the reservation is canceled 8 days before arrival, a 30% penalty will be charged.
For minimum stay, modify 7 nights and 6 nights to 7 days and 6 nights.

Minimum Stay:

A minimum stay of 7 nights/6 nights is required, applicable only to Ayurveda package costs (not to the accommodation cost).

Stays exceeding 14 nights are entitled to a 5% discount on Ayurveda packages.
