Terms and Conditions for Booking Your Ayurveda Stay

The above discount cannot be combined with any special offers or other discounts not specifically mentioned.

Booking Process: Complete our reservation form on our website, www.arte-Sanar.com, indicating the type of package chosen and whether you also require full board. We will send you our quotation.

Deposit: Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% deposit of the total quotation amount is required to confirm your stay via bank transfer.

Booking Confirmation: A confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you via email.

Stay Information: All necessary information for your stay will be sent to you.

Cancellation Policy:

If the reservation is canceled 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied.

If the reservation is canceled 6 days before the arrival date, 40% of the Ayurveda treatment costs will be charged.

If the reservation is canceled 3 days before the arrival date or on the day of arrival, 60% of the Ayurveda treatment costs will be charged.

The penalty will be deducted from the deposit paid at the time of acceptance of the quotation. The balance for Ayurveda packages/treatments and full board must be settled at check-in.

Minimum Stay:

A minimum stay of 7 nights/6 nights is required, applicable only to Ayurveda package costs (not to the accommodation cost).

Stays exceeding 14 nights are entitled to a 5% discount on Ayurveda packages.
